First thing I see is a very large header image that takes awhile to load even on my rather fast connection. Checking the properties of the image I find that it’s nearly half a megabyte! On a dial-up connection, your site would take more than three minutes to load. Most visitors decide whether or not they want to stay at a site in less than ten seconds.
