I went on a hike yesterday for the first time since last fall. I made it all the way up without any major problems. It was the hardest hike I’ve ever done. On the way back down, not too long after getting through the steepest part, I managed to resprain my ankle. Ended up having to limp the rest of the way down the mountain (we were only about a quarter of the way down when it happened). It’s a bit swollen, and it hurts to put weight on it, but I can still walk on it which is good.

Aww, sorry to hear that your ankle hurts! I remember spraining mine twice in grade 9 phys ed. It was brutal and hurt because I was not used to the feeling. But if you really enjoyed tha thike, it was worth it.

Ouch; sorry for the re spraining. Bet that was nice and painful, huh? However, even with the pain, I bet you still did better than I would.
