You submit your site to reviewed. I go through it at my leisure with a fine-toothed comb and the web developer toolbar (sometimes). A nifty little article containing constructive criticisms, opinions, and praise (when warranted) is written. After it is edited to my satisfaction, it is published on the site.

I will not tell you your site is made of win and rainbows if it’s not. Some may call my style “brutal”, but a review that does nothing but suck up to the site owner isn’t very helpful to them, is it? If you get a poor review, don’t take it personally.
